Poor Belinda... Disaster + Delays = Abuse (hear Terri’s suggestions)

This week’s question comes from a Property Manager who lives in an area where they were impacted by severe flooding a few weeks ago.  She says “We were lucky we didn’t have many properties severely damaged with all the rain, but we are now just copping it from our tenants with non-urgent issues and even some owners about how long it is taking for repairs to happen.  I know our tradies are doing their best, but we are just over the abuse and how impatient everyone is.
