Can you believe it's already been 9 weeks since we kick-started our 'Client Experience & Retention' season?!
This season has been action packed from learning about the client journey and really mapping out what that looks like to digging in deep around service recovery and looking at ways to go about this when you've dropped the ball. We also had the amazing Jodi Cottle join us as our Guest eXpert talking all things 'Where Neuroscience meets Customer Retention - providing our members with the SCA (Sustainable Competitive Advantage) Framework to ensure we're able to roll out and continue to deliver on a 10/10 experience for our clients.
All in all - this season was one of our favourites for the year and we are so excited to share with you the best bits and pieces from the past 9 weeks!
