Losing a lot of properties right now, can't work out why...?

This weeks Q&A is… We seem to be losing a lot of properties at the moment, but I am not really sure where they are going. The team tell me its because of the hot sales market, but we don’t seem to be listing that many. What is the best way to see what is actually happening?
