Why they don't like you, before they've even met you

In this episode, we discuss the importance of carefully crafting the automated messages from your leasing software. The messages people receive from you when they first book an inspection or enquire about a rental property.

These emails and SMSs can either make you sound like you are just going through the motions and that you are bored and uninterested.  Or, they can show that you really care and want to help. That you are someone they want to work with.

Terri highlights how easy it is to make you (and your agency) more likeable in people's eyes, particularly during a time when they are feeling a little vulnerable and most likely a little out of sorts.
